• Basic request data (IP address, browser type) via standard server logs
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe

What we do NOT collect

• We do not require account creation or collect your email address
• We do not read, store, or analyze the content of your manuscripts
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

File storage and deletion

All files are permanently and automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
